Stop by The Local, our on-site restaurant, for a broad food menu and full bar. The restaurant is open until midnight seven nights a week and offers delivery to all Flamingo residents.
Our on-site convenience market and deli carries sandwiches, small packaged goods, snacks, beer and wine. Store hours are 8am to 11pm on weekdays, 8am to 12pm Fridays and Saturdays, and 8am to 9pm on Sundays.
Start your day with a vigorous workout at our 15,000 sf athletic club fully equipped with cardio machines overlooking the bay, weight machines, free weights, personal TVs, steam rooms, a boxing area, 2 exercise studios, lockers and showers. Sign up for one of our group fitness classes. Athletic club memberships are only $55/month and are exclusively available to Flamingo residents.
After your workout, enjoy a swim in our sandy beach pool or our infinity pool. Soak in one of our two heated spas. Quench your thirst or order food at our pool-side tiki bar. Pool areas are open from dawn until 10pm year-round.
Play a game of basketball on our rooftop court or gather friends for a game of beach volleyball.
Enjoy some fresh air with your pooch and take advantage of the pet “pit stop” stations throughout our property. Treat your furry friend to some pampering at our Heavenly Paws, our on-site pet salon.
Residents enjoy 24-hour valet service, on-site dry cleaning service with daily deliveries as well an off-site fluff-n-fold laundry service with bi-weekly deliveries.
Make an appointment at Panico Spa and Salon and treat yourself to a full array of spa services, including hair, nails, massage, tanning and waxing.
Need a car? Cars by Hour car-sharing service is available onsite from $4.99/hour. Just make a reservation and within minutes you'll be on the road. Cars located on the 7th floor of the garage.
